I greet you in the grace and peace of our Lord as I write to thank you for the gracious invitation of May 2, 2012 to participate in the 20th International Ecumenical Conference on Orthodox Spirituality hosted by the Monastery of Bose and in collaboration with the Orthodox Church.
With appreciation for the courtesy extended to me, I convey to you my regret that my schedule will not permit me to participate in this conference in early September. I wish you every success as you pIan this promising exchange and encounter between our two Churches as well as other Christian denominations.
