Athenagoras Fasiolo is archimandrite of the Ecumenical Throne and responsible for the Archiepiscopal Vicariate of Tuscany and Liguria of the Sacred Orthodox Archdiocese of Italy and Malta. He is also rector of the Monastery of Santa Barbara Megalomartire in Montaner di Sarmede (TV). He regularly participates in theological conferences and ecumenical meetings, in Italy and abroad. With Pietro Chiaranz he has recently edited and translated into Italian The Documents of the Council of Crete (2017).
