WILLIAM CONGDON, Transfiguration
Transfiguration of the Lord
Oh Christ our God, friend of mankind, enlighten us with the light of your glory, and make us heirs of your everlasting Kingdom

The Lord has always called among his people some simple lay people who, according to their baptism, wished to offer their life to God forever, in celibacy and in community.

In the night of August 5, during the vigil of the feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord

Sr Lorenza Campagna, Br Matthias Wirz, Br Andrea Lobascio

made their definitive monastic profession in the Community of Bose.

The monastic profession is the final and definitive commitment in front of the Church of the vocation received, welcomed, and chosen to live in celibacy and in community according to the Gospel.

Only God's mercy, his boundless love for us poor people can support us in our journey and free us from dissipation and despair.

We wish to thank all our frineds
for their prayer for them,
for the perseverance in their vocation,
and for the renewal of their love for God and the brothers and sisters.

The Prior and the community of Bose

Oh Christ our God,
friend of mankind,

enlighten us with the light
of your glory
and make us heirs,
you who are more than good,
of the everlasting Kingdom
.
